Jason A. Pittman as Principals of the firm.

Wes’ practice centers on U.S. and international IP strategies and patent procurement across a wide range of industries, including power generation, transportation and logistics, power tool and outdoor equipment, and consumer products, among others. Wes is a trusted advisor for a multinational Fortune 500 company, a relationship through which he demonstrates diligence, commitment to client service, and daily application of the firm’s values.

Wes graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Wes later earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Jason is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on complex patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases. Jason brings technical expertise to his cases, leveraging a wide range of technical experience relating to software, electrical, and mechanical industries.

Jason graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and earned a Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law.
