Maegen W. Stokes specializes in strategic patent portfolio management. She has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications and partners with large, multi-national clients to offer expert counsel and help develop innovative and successful patent prosecution strategies. Maegen’s practice also includes supporting and advising clients by preparing patent related opinions of counsel, performing due diligence investigations, and drafting agreements involving intellectual property issues.
Maegen graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned a Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law.
David E. Cromer focuses his practice on patent portfolio management and related prosecution, opinion work, and client counseling with an emphasis on hardware, software, and electrical technologies. David develops tailored, proactive patent strategies that advance the client’s commercial agenda. Additionally, David has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements involving complex intellectual property issues for large corporate clients and non-profit entities.
David attended Clemson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He received a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University.
