Dority & Manning Welcomes Four New Attorneys to the Firm
Dority & Manning is excited to welcome four newly admitted attorneys to the firm!
Anita Liu, James Dority, Michael Walters and Liam Christ joined Dority & Manning as associate attorneys in the fall of 2020.
Anita Liu joins the Firm as an Associate Attorney focusing on patent drafting and prosecution with a particular emphasis on electromechanical and mechanical technologies. Anita graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and recently earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center.
James Dority joins Dority & Manning as an Associate Attorney focusing on patent drafting and prosecution, specifically dealing with biomedical, biochemical, chemical, electrochemical and mechanical technologies. James graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and recently earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Michael Walters joins the Firm as an Associate Attorney, having recently graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Political Science from the University of Alabama and applies his technical expertise in drafting and prosecuting patents related to electrical and computer-implemented subject matter.
Liam Christ, a recent graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, joins the Firm as an Associate Attorney. Liam focuses his practice on patent prosecution within chemical technologies. Liam also renders opinions of counsel concerning patent validity, patent infringement, and right-to-practice issues. Liam studied Chemical Engineering at Clemson University before attending law school.
