Dority & Manning Continues to Grow with the Addition of Three IP Professionals
Dority & Manning is excited to welcome three new collaborators to the team!
Michael Wrobel, Alicia Johnson, and Blake Nickles each joined Dority & Manning within the first quarter of 2020.
Michael Wrobel, formerly in-house counsel for a global FinTech company, joins the firm as an Associate Attorney focusing on patent prosecution, portfolio management, and opinions of counsel with a particular emphasis on computer science and software technologies. Michael graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Temple University. Michael received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Alicia Johnson joins Dority & Manning as an Associate Attorney, hailing from a boutique IP firm in Austin, Texas. Alicia focuses her practice on managing complex patent portfolios across various industries, including mechanical, electro-mechanical, and material science technologies. Alicia received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from Howard University of Law.
Blake Nickles joins the Firm as Of Counsel having over ten years of experience managing complex global patent portfolios. Formerly in-house counsel for a global electrical engineering and manufacturing company, Blake focuses his practice on patent prosecution and global portfolio management in mechanical, electro-mechanical, and material science technologies. Blake graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois at Chicago John Marshall Law School.
