Electrical/Computer Science Technologies Patent Attorney or Agent

We are seeking a patent attorney or agent with a specialization in the electrical and computer science arts. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with patent drafting in electrical and software technologies. A focus in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or telecommunications would be ideal. IP Coordinator

We are seeking an IP Coordinator to join our firm! You can expect to support attorneys within the mechanical practice group by processing incoming, outgoing file transfers, assisting with client reporting, and billing. A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of clerical professional experience in a heavy administrative support role. Controller

We’re looking for an experienced Controller to lead our firm’s financial operations and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role oversees all aspects of accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance—particularly within the context of a law firm, ideally with experience in Intellectual Property practices. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in finance, including senior-level roles in legal environments, and is well-versed in trust accounting, AFAs, and financial systems like Aderant or ProLaw. Billing Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Billing Manager to join our growing team! In this essential role, you will oversee all aspects of the firm’s legal billing function, including invoicing, new file intake, conflicts checking, and rate management. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, staff, clients, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing and financial operations, while also supervising and supporting the billing team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in legal billing, proficiency with billing software and electronic billing systems, and experience in new file intake, conflicts checking, and rate management. Supervisory experience is preferred, with a proven ability to manage and lead a team. Legal Administrative Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Legal Administrative Team Lead to join our team and oversee a group of IP Coordinators within a practice group. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to manage workflows, drive client initiatives, and collaborate closely with firm leadership to ensure alignment with firm structure and overall goals. As the Team Lead, you will mentor and guide your team, ensuring they are well-trained and supported while fostering professional growth. You will also serve as a key liaison between attorneys and various groups, working to enhance efficiencies, streamline processes, and contribute to client success. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant people management experience, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role, and a proven ability to improve processes, lead changes, and implement firm strategies. Strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel – and Adobe, and the ability to assess and manage performance and success will be crucial in this position. Trademark Paralegal – Operations Lead

We are seeking a Trademark Paralegal – Operations Lead to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee and optimize trademark processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies for our global trademark portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with trademark laws, developing standardized procedures, conducting trademark searches, and providing strategic insights. Client Communications Manager

We are looking for a Client Communications Manager to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will support the development and execution of business development and marketing programs, both new and ongoing, across multiple platforms. You’ll manage the day-to-day activities of marketing and business development, including overseeing event coordination, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and maintaining the firm’s content calendar. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or marketing, strong communication and organizational skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Cooperative Education (Co-op)

We are seeking undergraduate and graduate students for cooperative education and internship opportunities! You can expect to work on projects related to patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, litigation, and gain exposure to administrative tasks within the firm. A successful candidate must be earning an undergraduate or graduate degree in a science or technical field such as physics, computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or the like.
