Jim’s Experience
Jim has experience in all aspects of intellectual property prosecution, acquisition, portfolio management, licensing, and enforcement. Jim’s practice is focused on preparing, prosecuting and evaluating domestic and foreign patent applications for a variety of sectors.
Jim’s experience spans a range of technologies in the electrical and mechanical arts, including high-speed manufacturing systems, medical devices, computing hardware and software design, optical systems, thermal energy transfer systems, electromagnetic systems, telecommunications, Internet-based commerce and security systems, mobile computing security systems, and aircraft systems.
